VICINITI is another one of Meriton’s large-scale residential developments, comprising two 12-storey buildings and 520 apartments located at 2-10 Cottonwood Crescent, Macquarie Park in Sydney NSW.
Apartments feature a mix of 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom layouts, beautifully finished with Meriton’s signature modern inclusions, including luxurious looking loop-pile carpet.
Since Meriton own and manage the buildings including renting out the apartments, they were needing a carpet that was both durable and cost-effective, whilst being fashionable and up to date with design trends.
The Acacia Hill product suited this brief perfectly, which adds a timeless elegance to the interior space whilst being hard wearing to suit a build-to-rent environment.
