Pattern Direction & Design Variations
Carpets with directional designs may be subject to pattern distortion. Exact pattern match cannot be guaranteed.

Pile Reversal (Shading), commonly known as shading in cut pile carpets, occurs when pressure causes the fibres to lie in different directions, altering light reflection and making some areas look lighter or darker. Though the appearance can be noticeable, it does not affect the carpet’s performance or durability.

Tack Resistant Rating
Determined by comparison of comparable quality products.

Solid Shade Carpets
Solid Shade carpets may exhibit colour streaking. Tufting of this carpet may incur shift lines across the width of the carpet. These are not manufacturing faults and will not affect the performance of this carpet.

Dye Batch Colour Variations
Dye batch colour variations may occur from batch to batch.

Maintenance
The use of a quality vacuum cleaner with a turbo or power head adjusted accordingly to the pile height is strongly recommended.

Soiling
While due care has been taken in the manufacturing process of this carpet, soiling may show more readily due to the lightness or brightness of the colours. Consult a cleaning professional for advice.

Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
