Cyclone Relief Cashback Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the “Cyclone Relief Cashback” incentive (the Cashback) being run by EC Carpets Pty Ltd (ABN 56 633 900 795) 3 Meyer Road, Lonsdale, SA, 5160, Australia.

Cashback period, amounts and eligibility:

The Cashback runs from the 15th March 2025 to 30th April 2025 (Cashback Period) or until the budget has been exhausted.

The cashback amounts are as per the criteria table below:

Terms & Conditions:

  • This cashback is only available on purchases of EC Carpets (excluding Polypropylene products). All other products, including accessories and seconds, are excluded.
  • This offer excludes ALL Polypropylene products. Please ask your carpet retailer if you are unsure of which products are Polypropylene.
  • Offer only valid in Queensland and NSW.
  • Offer limit to one redemption per household address and per order. If more than one entry is received per household or order, then the first entry will be the only valid entry.
  • Associates (including employees and directors) of EC Carpets, its retailer customers and any marketing agencies or other companies associated with the Competition are ineligible to participate.
  • The offer cannot be redeemed against a purchase done before the promotional
  • Cash back is only on the amount spent on the carpet itself (not underlay, delivery and installation cost).
  • Cashback may take up to 8 weeks.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  • Offer is subject to change.
  • EC has the right to terminate this promotion at any time.

How to enter:
Entrants must purchase eligible EC Carpets branded products at any retailer during the Cashback Period and submit an online entry by 5th May 2025. Entrants must complete the online entry form at the EC Carpet website https://www.eccarpets.com.au/cyclone-relief-cashback completing all details requested including full name, contact details, product details, proof of purchase and image of your affected home.


Entrants’ participation in publicity and privacy:

EC Carpets may publish each entrant’s name and entry submission for publicity and media purposes, without any further payment or other compensation to the entrant. By participating in the Cashback you acknowledge and agree that EC Carpets will collect personal and other information about you including the information submitted with your entry and that such information might be used for marketing purposes by EC Carpets. EC Carpets’ Privacy Policy details its approach to the collection and use of personal information and can be found on its website at www.eccarpets.com.au
EC Carpets may make reasonable amendments to the Cashback terms and conditions, including during the Cashback Period, where this is required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
